Here's a good reason not to use Google Chrome, and Google Docs for that matter.

Okay, on further search, it looks like they may have fixed the EULA for Google Chrome. However that article points out 'Chrome's "Omnibar" can also access all keystrokes a user types, and Google will store some of this information along with IP addresses.'
